Quote / Pricing Coordinator (7120)

L&W Supply is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. L&W Supply delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.L&W Supply is looking for a service oriented Quote Coordinator to provide administrative support for our sales team. In this role, you will assist with processing transactions, producing product/project quotes and cultivating and/or maintaining customer relationships.Specific duties may include: Responsible for generating, tracking and communicating quotes for new and existing customersMaintaining up to date quote documentation that encompasses accurate pricing across the market and working to ensure that there are no pricing gaps or errorsWorking with vendors to maintain job specific pricingDetermining customers'' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutionsAnswering customer questions and offering product adviceServing as a point of contact for customer accounts projectsEnsuring continual improvement of quoting processConducting data entry of materials, margin, and lead timesOther duties as assignedSpecific qualifications include: College degree in business, sales or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience in construction sales role is strongly preferredPrevious experience with Agility or Vendavo software is preferredExcellent communication skillsTime management, organizational and planning skillsBenefits may include: Health, dental, and vision coverageEmployer paid life insurance401(k) with generous company matchFlex spendingPaid time offPaid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace
