Senior RD Engineer

Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Experience in coordinating project management activities for medical devices Knowledge of Quality System Requirements specifically including the design control process (design inputs/outputs, risk management, DHF, etc.) Experience in preparing project action plans for timelines, resources, or budget Ability to communicate timeline and critical path analysis to senior management Experience in creating and maintaining high confidence Gantt charts with fully allocated resources Organizing and leading project meetings with cross functional team members Experience in overseeing project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and resolving issues Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives for new activitiesRequirements: B.S. / M.S. in science or engineeringSkills: Highly organized and analytical Excellent time management and communication skills Solid stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, network diagrams, schedules, and action plans PMP or similar certification is a plus
