Using tools like Jira and Micro sof t Office applications, you''ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. You Have: * 7+ years of experience with Scrum* 5+ years of experience with managing te chn ical projects and programs as the single authorized interface with Government management personnel* Experience with implementing Agile te chn iques in a sof tware delivery environment* Experience with Jira and setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries* Ability to support a te chn ical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development* Ability to write user stories or structure user stories for sof tware features* Top Secret clearance* Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with using Atlassian tools* Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
