We have exciting opportunities supporting Brightree by ResMed and MatrixCare by ResMed!In ResMed SaaS, we believe the mission of the Platform Team is to accelerate software delivery by providing a core foundation of common services, self-service APIs, and knowledge, packed as products that engineering teams are compelled to use. ResMed SaaS is looking for an innovative and driven Product Manager to lead this product vision for Platform Services Engineering Teams. This position requires a mixture of technical skills, customer obsession, and strong prioritization to execute on a roadmap with clear milestones. You will engage with business stakeholders to capture, manage, and prioritize key business requirements for platform services. You will translate those needs into platform offerings and work with internal teams to enable adoption.A successful candidate will be both creative and highly analytical, strong at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that deliver value to ResMed SaaS engineering teams.This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity for an experienced product and technical leader to influence the re-imagination of healthcare.Let''s talk about ResponsibilitiesDevelop long-term strategy, vision, and priorities for your team.Manage and mentor Technical Product Managers who will directly report to this role.Closely work with Product Manager counterparts across different ResMed SaaS products, understand specific product requirements and translate them for Platform Engineering teams.Present product vision, roadmap, and software demonstrations to internal and external constituents, customers, press, analysts, and others.Have a global viewpoint and extend platforms and services across use cases.Be a Platform Evangelist and partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering leaders.Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs to senior leaders and be able to hold a technical discussion with the development team.Clearly set the product/backlog prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in technology platforms.Reconcile feature/timing/resource conflicts, break down high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying business need.Document best practices for data tracking and maintain documentation for self-service use.Be both customer-obsessed and a strong advocate for Platform Solutions.Let''s talk about Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:Bachelor''s degree in a technical, or business-related field, or equivalent experience building and shipping software.4+ years in similar product management roles or equivalent experience leading engineering teams.Previous experience building Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities for internal teams and strong familiarity with OpenID Connect (OIDC), oAuth, SAML Federation, etc.Proven track record dealing well with ambiguity, building strategy, effectively prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.Demonstrable experience building and shipping high-quality software in a customer-centric culture.Experience establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering, UX/UI, and other Product Managers.Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-motivated, people-oriented, and self-directed.Preferred:Previous experience building platform capabilities as products is a big differentiator for this role. Including areas like developer experience, foundational cloud-native paved roads, and re-usable business services.Previous experience in healthcare IT is a great plus, but not required.Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.Some travel might be required.Joining us is more than saying ''yes'' to making the world a healthier place.
