RN Cath Lab Market Float Pool FT Days Position Summary This is a Full-Time (40 hours/week) position in our Market RN Float Pool for Cath Lab areas at both our Saint Francis Bartlett and Memphis locations. This position will be scheduled for (5) 8-hour Day shifts including some on call hours. Perks for working in the Market Float Pool include: $46 Base Rate Eligible for Shift Diffs Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 Amazing patient-centered culture Opportunity to float to multiple units as needed Under the supervision of the Area Manager and Director, the Float Pool RN is defined as a nurse that is competent in Cath Lab nursing who coordinates and provides care to patients utilizing nursing skills for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Float Pool RN will be required to float between both facilities in accordance with the Float Pool Staffing Agreement and hospital policy. LI-AC2 Qualifications: RN CATH LAB MARKET FLOAT POOL FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. Education: Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of recent hospital based Cath Lab nursing experience. Licensure/Certs: Current RN license to practice in the state of TN. Current American Heart Association issued BLS certification prior to start date. ACLS & PALS preferred depending on unit assigned. CPI to be obtained during hospital Orientation depending on unit assigned.
