Sr. Enterprise Project Manager

This is a senior level role working across the enterprise responsible for the complete project lifecycle including prioritization, planning, and execution.This company has outstanding benefits, a great culture and excellent work environment!!RESPONSIBILITIESWork across the enterprise to determine and define project scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and project budget.Create and manage detailed project plans and ensure successful project executionSuccessfully deliver projects on time and budget.Ensure project deliverables adhere to project objectives, quality standards and company methodology.Monitor project progress and facilitate change requests and effectively communicate any impact on schedules and budgets.Ensure documentation related to audit requirements, approvals, functional and technical design, testing, user training, and user manuals are completed.Manage post go-live transition for a smooth deployment and user adoption.Evaluate project performance to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.BACKGROUNDStrong background in IT Project Management with excellent knowledge of the SDLCStrong experience with cross-functional project delivery Advanced knowledge of formal project management methodologies with PMP certificationGood knowledge and understanding of business processes related to Accounting, Supply chain and Operations.Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent proven communication and presentation skills up to C-Suite and Board level.RedRiver offers benefits including Major Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD and 401k.
