Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking Special Warfare Candidate Developer in Westhampton Beach, NY. This position will provide recruiting and training support to the 103rd Rescue Squadron (103RQS) that will train and liaise with 9T500 (Basic Special Warfare Enlisted Airman) assigned to the 103RQS. This position is expected to start in September 2022. What you''ll be doing: Provide a monthly Surveillance/Approach Plan to the 103rd RQS Leadership reflecting contacts, anticipated PASTs, quantity of candidates and addressing areas for overall mission improvement for the next calendar month Coach and develop the pool of approved candidates (Non-Prior Service (NPS)/Prior Service, Civilians, Officer crossflow, enlisted re-trainees) by providing them with: SW career field knowledge, guidance on nutrition, strength/conditioning, mental resiliency, and targeted fitness techniques Identify, inspire, and develop future SW Operators for the demands of initial skills training and follow-on career fields Administer and document all physical assessment testing IAW Government furnished standards and direction Work and schedule candidate development sessions/testing to best accommodate the applicant''s availability, to include evenings and weekends, if required Coordinate with Civilians interested in joining the 103rd RQS as Basic Special Warfare Airmen Administer initial Physical Abilities and Stamina Test (PAST) when applicant is entering into the pre-accession development program Prepare and maintain a candidate interaction log and candidate progress worksheet for real-time status reports Create individual, electronically accessible ''baseball cards'' for each SW candidate Develop Strength and Conditioning, water confidence, rucking, mentoring, combat skills, and troop leading Lesson Plans (LP''s) Comply with Air Force safety regulations, and local governing Risk Mitigation procedures, and emergency action policies for all training events What you''ll need: Experience serving in a SW career field Minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a Pararescueman or Combat Rescue Officer Experience working as cadre at Phase 2 Selection, AF Assessment and Selection (A&S) Pararescue Indoctrination Course, or Combat Dive Course Ability to mentor and coach We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
