Job: 1253018 Job Description: Project Technical Solution Architect Job Description:A Technical Solution Architect is responsible for evaluating the client''s business needs that require a technical solution and determining how the proposed technical solution will meet the client''s needs. The Technical Solution Architect will lead the technical and development team to complete technical objectives, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and work with the Functional Solution Architect to ensure an end-to-end working solution is completed and meets requirements by the beginning of System Integration Testing in the project schedule.Responsibilities:For Technical and Development:Technical solutions work with the system configuration and meet the agreed-upon client''s needsAn end-to-end solution is completed before System Integration TestingFit Gap Analysis of preexisting or prebuilt technical solutions and client needsCreation and retention of System ArchitectureCreation and retention of all use cases, functional specifications, and technical specificationsEnsure that gaps with technical solutions are documented, prioritized, and resolved within the scope of the workWorking with team members to build the complete solutionLead and coordinate team members to ensure technical objectives, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows are in alignment with the agreed-upon client''s needsMonitor for and prevent scope creepDrive the root cause analysis of technical issuesDrive the development of test scenarios for technical solutions and combine them into the end-to-end process test planResolve technical solution issuesCommunicate with Apex project manager on technical issues that cannot be solved within the scope, budget, and schedule of the project.Lead the creation of an implementation cut-over and contingency planKeep the Project Manager up-to-date on the project status, issues, and risks for all technical components of the projectWork with the Project Manager to ensure the success of the projectGuide in building and maintenance of processes, procedures, job aids, user guides, and training material for technical solutionsExperience and Skills:5 years'' experience with Movex/M3/CloudSuite Technical SolutionsKnowledge of core Infor CloudSuite / M3 ERP functions related to org level, master data, security, printing, and all CloudSuite Technologies.Thorough understanding of the best CloudSuite / M3 ERP technology to meet client requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and other development requirements.Thorough understanding of the Infor CloudSuite / M3 ERP technical admin functionality and responsibilitiesProvide high-level solution design to program leadership and then guide delivery teams in understanding and building the solutionsControl scope creep and provide strong leadership of change controlStrong communication skillsMust be certified in Infor Deployment MethodMust be familiar with Apex CLEAR within 1 month of starting the roleDefinitions:End-to-End CloudSuite SolutionAll functional and technical components that are required to deliver a completed solution within the scope of work.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
