Our portfolio of premier branded hotels and independents across the United States and Canada is comprised of properties in the resort, upper-upscale full-service, and luxury segments. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Task Force Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy.JOB OVERVIEW: Directs and ensures the efficiency of strategy implementation, strategically coordinates the revenue management processes and procedures for integrating and transitioning hotels. This position supports multiple hotels in the event of employment gaps on a temporary basis, assist in the onboarding of new portfolio properties. Ensure maximization of total hotel revenues. To include training, system implementation and administration. Provides guidance and support to Sales & Catering Staff as well as management. This position is on assignment based on the needs of the portfolio. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: -Conduct system audits to ensure functionality, appropriate settings and efficiencies. -Conduct all mandatory Crescent training programs. Ensure property DORM has completed all brand training. -Ensure for transition hotels, all Critical Paths and Transitions documents are implemented and completed within 14 days of transitions. -Work with Convention Services and Reservations as needed to ensure effective and efficient management of group blocks and systems. -Support, coordinate and implement all Crescent best business practices. -Build PMS and RMS systems for transitioning hotels -Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors. -Assist with the coordination of benefits with Crescent''s benefit administrator for new hires, current & terminated associates. Assist associates with requests -Ensure hotel implementation of historical revenues to Profitsage. Supervise development of and revision to business plan, annual budget and annual and monthly forecasts, etc. Formulate complex reports. -Communicate with Front Office regarding anticipated occupancy, revenue expectation and cross-selling opportunities. -Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff. -Travel to attend corporate meetings, brand meetings and ownership meetings as needed. -Audit CHR portfolio to ensure commercial KPIs are met REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent time management and problem resolution skills. Thorough knowledge of independent and brand systems, Revenue Strategy practices and procedures. Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
