Job: 1231157 Job Description: Title: Windows Desktop AdministratorClearance Requirement:TS clearance, eligible for special accessesIf interested please send resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]Functional Responsibilities: This role requires flexibility to support issues or planned activities both during core business hours as well as after-hours and weekends as needed. Windows Desktop Services facilitates timely and efficient desktop service for nearly 10,000 combined PC, laptop and virtual sessions spanning across three networks, stand alone, and other use PCs (i.e. CIS) in multiple locations to include outside of USSTRATCOM. This team is responsible for providing Level 2 & 3 problem resolution for all desktop and software components on the LAN with the exception of Break/Fix hardware actions. Desktop administrators should exhibit excellent follow-through, customer service skills, task management, work ethic, and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Administrators must also demonstrate time management skills to facilitate timely resolution of customer service requests.
