IT Program Manager with Security Clearance

Description: Seeking an IT Program Manager for the development of a content production and dissemination system. Responsibilities include gathering and tracking functional and technical requirements from mission partners and stakeholders, ensuring schedules are implemented in a timely fashion, performing process modeling, and assisting with change management and communication strategies. In addition, the successful candidate is detail oriented and has a strong work ethic, and will effectively work independently and as part of a team to identify and implement solutions for maximizing efficient operating solutions. Skills: - Experience with content management in terms of collecting, reviewing, and disseminating various types of media. - Experience with mapping workflows pertaining to business and systems processes, particularly focusing on the lifecycle of content from creation to distribution. - Ability to Identify, analyze, and implement solutions for maximizing efficiency of production systems and processes. - Experience with defining and managing technical requirements for a production system. - Ability to Track and manage requirements in tools such as JIRA. - Experience with utilizing agile methodology to develop requirements. - Experience interacting with stakeholders, development teams, and users of applications. - Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
