OverviewAVIAN is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to provide Mission Control System Hardware/Software Management in support of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office, PMA-262. ResponsibilitiesFunctional Description: Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyze requirements, status, budget, and schedulesPerform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsTrack program/project status and schedulesApply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management Preferred Skills: Experience providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the MQ-4C Mission Control System hardware and software designDesigning and integrating trailerized MCS configurationsAnalyzing and proposing replacements for Triton Mission Control System (MCS) Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) itemsQualificationsRequired Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to the technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.Required Education: MS or MA degree in a relevant technical discipline related to management. Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree. An additional six (6) years'' experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Candidates Must Hold A Secret Clearance AVIAN is a service-based organization.
