Program Analyst Senior with Security Clearance

OverviewAVIAN is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to provide Mission Control System Hardware/Software Management in support of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office, PMA-262. ResponsibilitiesFunctional Description: Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectivesAnalyze requirements, status, budget, and schedulesPerform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsTrack program/project status and schedulesApply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management Preferred Skills: Experience providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the MQ-4C Mission Control System hardware and software designDesigning and integrating trailerized MCS configurationsAnalyzing and proposing replacements for Triton Mission Control System (MCS) Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) itemsQualificationsRequired Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to the technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development.Required Education: MS or MA degree in a relevant technical discipline related to management. Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree.
