If this sounds like the right information technology support opportunity for you, apply today!Job Summary: Oversee and effectively manage our managed services technical team to provide technology solutions and support to our clients in a manner that meets specific service and financial key performance indicators (KPI''s). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the Managed Services Agreement (MSA) team budget and metrics.Manage individual Technician''s metrics.Conducts 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports.Attend semi-annual Evolve meetings and follow up phone calls to work with group members on assigned tasks.Attend Technical Operations Manager''s meetings.Work with human resources department regarding talent acquisition process.Recommends and seeks counsel with Managing Director regarding workforce planning of department.Review and approve time sheets for direct reports.Work with CIO to continually improve Integris Service Delivery Model.Establishes and manages staff training and Engineering Team goals to ensure staff can support new technologies and meet service requirements.Qualifications (Education/Experience): Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Management and service delivery or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.Knowledge, Skills Abilities (Competencies): Ability to manage technicians effectively and productively. Ability to articulate and communicate to customers appropriately to provide customer support. Motivating a team and getting them to perform at a high level relative to expectations. Understand the importance of working with a budget, how to manage a budget, and relate it to the overall financials of the organization. Knowledge of leadership and the ability to lead a technical team. Ability to motivate a team to perform at a high level relative to expectations consistent with the Core Values of IntegrisConflict resolution and mediation skills.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Mental Demands:The mental demands are day-to-day communications with subordinates, peers, and reporting manager using effective, professional communication consistent with the culture and Core Values of Integris. The Technical Operations Manager position must have the mental ability to handle stressful situations and demands for 80% of their day. They must be able to hold direct reports accountable for performance initiatives, behavioral actions, and adhering to organizational policies. Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the Technical Operations Manager may need to focus within an environment of other verbal discussions, distractions, and interferences.
