Job Description Biometric Identity Intelligence Analytic Support (BI2AS) Analysts conduct all-source, Identity Intelligence (I2)-focused analysis and produce finished intelligence products in support of the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program. The analyst applies a detailed understanding of I2 tradecraft to conduct advanced research using a variety of databases and toolsets, to compile and analyze complex data, and to develop assessments in support of their respective team''s mission. Additionally, the senior analyst proliferates a detailed understanding of the tradecraft amongst mid and junior-level analysts and directly supports the professional development of all team members. The senior analyst will be able to provide input into weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract deliverable requirements and serve as a functional, deputy, or team lead as necessary.Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:- Produces finished intelligence products that are based on rigorous all-source Identity Intelligence (I2) analysis and meet the standards established by the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC).- Provides oversight and review of intelligence products produced by mid and junior-level analysts.- Aids in the development of analytic design and research methodologies; participates in analytic design review meetings and reviews draft products for adherence to NGIC production standards.Functions as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned analytic line and frequently briefs this analysis to external customers and collaborators. Qualifications: - Bachelor''s degree and a minimum five years of intelligence analysis experience (to include one year of Identity Intelligence / Biometric Enabled Intelligence experience). Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree. - Experience writing strategic assessments for the Intelligence Community.- Familiarity with ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208 at a minimum).- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- US government clearance: Active or Current TS w/ current SCI. Desired Requirements: - Ability to conduct research and strategic-level analysis, as well as develop innovative analytic solutions to support U.S. Army and National Security interests.- Analytical experience with countries like China, Russia, North Korea, Iran.- Ability to attend and brief at meetings with both internal leadership and external customers; able to react to a highly fluid environment. - Knowledge of Identity Intelligence (I2), biometric modalities, and network analysis tools.
