VTTC Former Aircrew SME Liaison with Security Clearance

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Former Aircrew Subject Matter Expert (SME) Liaison that will be the Program''s, Test''s, and Service''s local advocate to help with understanding discrepancy resolutions, enhancements, and future experimental development. In this position, the SME will act as a liaison between local Nellis AFB contract instructors at the Virtual Tactics Training Center (VTTC) supporting the Weapons School and St. Louis'' Program Management and Test team, as well as the on-site Boeing maintenance team. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities: * Understand and translate local contract instructor and Weapons School discrepancy reports (DRs), site incident reports (SIRs), and enhancement requests (ERs)* Advise generation of VTTC specific files required to support Weapons School Training Scenarios* Develop customer relations to manage and support trainer performance expectations, improvements, corrections, and enhancements* Liaise between VTTC customers and Boeing on-site technicians to plan and coordinate training requirements and support. This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * Former USAF Fighter Pilot or WSO experience* Fighter or Trainer Instructor Pilot or Instructor WSO time Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * F-15E Fighter Pilot or WSO* Weapons School Graduate Typical Education/ Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years'' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years'' related work experience, Master+12 years'' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
