Product Support Manager Industry: DefenseSalary: $140k-$150kLocation: Huntsville, AL Clearance: Active Secret required Required Qualifications: * A Bachelor s degree with 15 years of relevant experience; or logistics business discipline experience with a minimum of 25 years of relevant experience.* Minimum of ten (10) years supervisory experience in a purchasing, supply chain or program management role.* Minimum of Ten (10) years experience in aircraft CLS* Minimum of five (5) years experience in supporting OCONUS logistics support/operations preferred* Experience with supporting Military Fixed Wing Contractor Logistics Support and operations; to include experience in acquisition and logistics support for fixed wing & rotary wing aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems and missile systems. * Recent experience with inventory management and planning software* Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of aircraft preferred* ISO9000 and AS9100 environment preferred. Responsibilities: * Expert knowledge of DoD and military services product support management and IPSE implementation and execution. * Expert knowledge of implementing, executing and managing contractor logistics support for DoD weapon systems and platforms. * Professional attitude and demeanor; problem-solving and prioritization skills; ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations for problem resolution.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as military regulations and standards, DoD instructions/ policy and guidance, work instructions, process maps, and procedure manuals. * Ability to create custom reports and perform data analysis.* Interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with external stakeholders such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc. Must always represent the company in a professional manner. * Must be trustworthy will handle confidential information routinely.* Must possess effective communication skills to clearly communicate information to others.* Professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
