Learn more about CPS Lockheed Martin is looking for a dynamic, hardworking Systems Engineering to support the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program. As a , you will:• Establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system level design and decomposition into requirements• Perform system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution• Lead studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities• Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning and execution• Develop plans to on-ramp new mission capabilities while protecting the primary mission• Lead and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews• Lead failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards• Oversee and mentor lower level R&V Engineers This position is in one of the Coolest places to work: Denver, Colorado. Successful candidates typically possess a Bachelor''s degree and 9+ years of experience.Basic Qualifications:• Knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes and one or more Systems Integration functions including:a.) System trade studies and/or System modelingb.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) developmentc.) System Integration, Test and/or Verificationd.) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependenciese.) Design reviews• System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.)• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, therefore, U.S. Citizenship is required.Desired Skills:• Fluent and current in the use of DOORS, EPDM and Cameo Products• Experience generating scripts for the manipulation of data, including the import and export of data with CAMEO• Experience with the CPS, FBM, THAAD or other missile system, including an understanding of missile design, test and range safety requirements• Prior work on Navy based weapons system a plus• Experienced in requirements development and requirements management including the derivation and flow of requirements from higher to lower level elements along with tracing of parent child relationships• Experience authoring requirements which are clear, concise and verifiable and adhere to industry and LM Space style guidelines• Experience verifying requirements from lower level subsystem and component verification including writing compliance statements• Experience working with customers in developing and presenting requirements and verification plans• Active Secret clearance You can learn more about Lockheed Martin''s competitive and comprehensive benefits package by visiting this link.
