Our direct client is looking for 2 Software Support Systems Engineers to provide technical support for their software and hardware solutions for overnight and weekend shifts. You will need a Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering technology, Biomedical Engineering or an Associate Degree and/or Technical Certifications with 3+ years of relevant experience. The role involves using CRM and MS Team Foundation Server to document defects, execute test cases, and support testing efforts for integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. This is a fully remote role but will need the employee to be onsite in the Akron OH area for the first few weeks to complete training.
