To find out more about Synopsys SIG, check out: Synopsys, Software Integrity Group Website Job Summary The Business System Analyst is mainly responsible for the creation of detailed business analysis and requirements, outlining challenges to the business; opportunities for improvement and recommend potential solutions. Additional responsibilities documentation of ''As Is'' and ''To Be'' process flow; execute to a given project plans to support successful delivery of a project; accurately manage assigned project task, activity; gap analysis; outlining business challenges; solutions for the challenge and documentation. The Business System Analyst takes inputs from multiple functional departments, collaborates with key stakeholders to provide the necessary quality assurance of the sales deliverables; and creates, synthesizes and executes on the required output to drive sales success. Will provide training and support for programs globally. Responsibilities Collaborate with go to market leadership, cross functional organizations, and regional partners w orking independently but cross functionally Gather requirements for existing and new policies to have implemented into the existing and new CRM and provide streamlined automation Identify and resolve strategic initiatives, anticipate change and redirect efforts as necessary within the go to market businesses Recommend systems improvements, policy streamlining and simplification through business analysis, requirements gathering and writing the user stories for system and tech teams to groom and solution Develop specific business requirements for key business workstreams / projects Drive globalization and streamlining to new processes Develop & maintain effective programs and recommend changes Maintain dashboards to meet business requirements, through KPI and reporting requirements globally Maintain current global knowledge base documentation Continually look for ways to streamline and improve go to market processes and sales effectiveness processes Develop, in collaboration with system team, global CRM standards and guidelines Identify Opportunities for training and system or process improvement in support of GTM business team Drive UAT for key strategic projects & enhancement Qualifications At least 5 years of work experience as a business systems analyst or similar Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and roles Excellent analytic, presentation, written and oral communication skills Excellent prioritization skills with demonstrated capacity to collaborate cross functionally in a matrixed organization Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills An understanding of sales principles, marketing campaigns and customer service practices.
