Responsibilities: * The employee will support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Critical Technology Protection (CTP) Entity Vetting (EV) and International-Special Programs (ISP) Divisions. Performs reviews, special analyses, studies, and evaluations of the business operations requirements necessary for the integrated development of foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI) mitigation strategies. Provides business process and data scientist support to provide analytic enabling program management/project management services for the development of AA&E program management processes and procedures. Coordinates multiple reports and generates executive summaries for senior-leader decision makers. Applies broad DoD policy and DCSA direction for the FOCI program by monitoring performance reports on workload and utilization or other statistical documentation to ensure compliance with FOCI policies and emplaced mitigation plans. Provides administrative support to development and execution of annual conferences. Requirements: * 8 years'' experience with data systems such as: NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, andACCESS and other security and supply-related data systems. * 8 years'' experience with commercial business logistics, supply and budgeting data systems,including but not limited to: One Note, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel, capable of performing dataanalytics, operations tracking, and operations reporting. * 8 years'' experience assisting in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholdersthroughout the DoD Intelligence Community, * 8 years'' experience conducting physical security inspections, budget execution tracking, andoperations analysis, tracking and reporting. * 8 years'' experience in data analytics, inputting data into ACCESS data bases or comparableSystems of Record, tracking and analyzing data inputs, and capable of producing reports or depict key datain reporting slides on request. * Experience in executing virtual and on-site conferences is highly-desired. * Familiarity with Pre-Award Security Survey (PASS) reporting processes, DLA WEBFLIS, and other relevant AA&E databases desired. * Bachelor''s degree desired * MS ACCESS certification desired Security Clearance: * TS/SCI Clearance required
