SUMMARY OF POSITIONPrepares menu items according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards. Responsible for helping to maintain food costs and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen at all times. Assists dishwasher with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
