Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Front Office Strategy and Technical Team Lead to join our team atDARPA TTO Front Office Finance team in Arlington, VA. Overview The candidate will support Tactical Technology Office (TTO) leadership -specifically the Office Director, Deputy Director, ADPM, and Program Analyst (PA) - in developing and communicating office strategy, to include identifying, assessing, refining, and articulating the rational for investments in high-risk, high-reward technology development and demonstration programs. This position requires a broad understanding of current technologies and their potential application to Department of Defense (DoD) requirements, capabilities, and operations. The candidate must demonstrate familiarity with DoD organizational priorities and experience with government and/or military research and development (R&D) agencies and acquisition processes. Expertise in coordinating, drafting, and submitting strategy process deliverables is required. Experience creating and coordinating strategy and program overview documents, developing briefings to technical and non-technical audiences, and interacting with multiple internal and external personnel at executive as well as operational levels on a daily basis are required for this position. Required Experience: * Demonstrate the ability to manage a team made up of technical, briefing, and communications support personnel* Possess excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills* Possess relevant experience providing support to support to DoD R&D organizations and senior management* Communicate program and technical requirements into strategy, acquisition, planning, and/or public release documents and correspondence in clear, concise and compelling terms* Demonstrate the ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis and/or apply the relevant methods to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve R&D issues, concerns, and/or problems* Demonstrate experience with DoD processes for providing comments and inputs on coordination documents and similar materials* Expertise in coordinating, drafting, and submitting strategy process deliverables is required Security Clearance Required: * TS/SCI Education Required: * Masters Degree in a science, engineering, or technology field preferred For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
