Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an Intelligence Analyst to support the Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Acquisition Delta in the United States Space Force which consists of ground-based radars and command and control systems. The Delta''s mission is to modernize and sustain missile warning, missile defense, space domain awareness and command and control systems in defense of the homeland and allies. The Intelligence section provides intelligence support to the missile warning, missile defense, space domain awareness, and the command-and-control systems community. The ideal person is proactive, comfortable working independently, has strong communication skills, likes conducting research and presenting briefings. This is a full-time position and is located at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado with an anticipated 33% hybrid telework posture. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Providing intelligence support to the Space Domain Awareness, Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and/or Command and Control Systems Community. * Conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing intelligence requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients. * Communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes. * Assimilating disparate data, rendering knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and making decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and competing resources, based on mature judgment and experience, and presenting and defending a position effectively. * Utilizing intelligence cycle and intelligence policy and guidance, and the structure, organization, roles and missions, and inter-relationships of the national IC, DoD, and DAF. * Using the full range of intelligence research methods, techniques, and practices and advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods used to identify and analyze complex multi-source intelligence information to produce detailed intelligence capabilities and threat assessments, identify intelligence deficiencies, and advocate for customer requirements. * Using Security Classification Guide (SCG), or other source documents, to perform classification reviews on all classified documentation ensuring proper derivative classification on all documents encountered during performance of duties. * Preparing/presenting briefings, graphics, and visuals for/to SZQ * Assisting in access control and perform escort duties for visitors. * Constructing, coordinating, reviewing, and submitting requests for information. * Supporting and participating in meetings and events attended or hosted by the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) on an as-required basis. * Developing, maintaining and modifying schedules and calendars as required on multi-level security systems. Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance : Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility Education/Experience: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 15 years of directly related experience and in the following listed below, 5 of which must be in the DoD OR, * BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD Skills : * Possess the knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to perform tasks * Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and process related to their area of expertise * Possess the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines * Possess exceptional written and presentation skills * Familiarity with the intelligence cycle, policies and intelligence community structure * Experience using security classification guides Additional Information: Location: Peterson Space Force Base, CO Travel: 10% 33% Telework/ Hybrid LI-JH1 Company Overview Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
