Description Lead Logistics Analyst- Property Management Norfolk, VA Responsibilities: * Review and recommend improvement of the policies, procedures, processes, and IT systems and domain knowledge to improve General Equipment, Operating Material & Supplies, Ordnance, Navy Working Capital Fund Supply Management Inventory and Internal Use Software in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP). * Direct efforts of the data analyst when collecting, analyzing, and communicating information in various vehicles and forums for property management analytical tools. The candidate should be familiar with: * Assisting in data analysis of information contained in NERP Databases for NAVSEA. This includes all types of property and inventory (General Equipment, Operating Material and Supplies, Ordnance, Government Furnished Property, Internal Use Software and Navy Working Capital Fund Supply Management-Inventory. * Assisting NAVSEA in the oversight and management of key supporting documentation for all accountable property recorded in the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR). This includes accurate capturing, maintaining, reviewing and consistent monitoring of existing property records. * Developing and updating policies, processes, and guidance for accountability of all NAVSEA Enterprise property. * Assisting in the coordination, collection, consolidation and testing of property records to validate the existence and completeness (E&C) of mission critical property required to support financial statement audit readiness. * Assisting in data reviews to ensure mission-critical property is properly accounted for in the Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR). This includes identifying process, control, or system deficiencies impeding success and assisting the government in developing plans to remediate those impediments. * Providing Inventory Management support, hands on or remote training, and job aid as required. * Querying Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS), Navy ERP, and NAVSUP One Touch for property that available for ''free issue'' or property requiring accurate valuation. * Assisting in implementation of policies, procedures, processes and guidance for the management, oversight and testing of Navy Working Capital Fund Supply Management (NWCF-SM) Inventory. * Assisting with updates to NAVSEA Property Management SharePoint Website and the Property Community of Practice Working Group. * Developing expertise in NERP Property Modules functionality and usage through training provided by NERP web-based, on the-job training and the Defense Acquisition University. * Collecting, analyzing, and communicating information in various vehicles and forums for property management utilizing Microsoft and similar analytical tools. * Participating in the review of new D NERP system releases, as requested, prior to, during, and after release to assist NAVSEA in implementation of correctly functioning software. Required Qualifications * Fifteen (15) years of experience in principles and policies of DoD Logistics and Supply Management. * Five (5) years'' experience with Automated Identification Technology in barcoding for property management. * Bachelor degree (BS/BA) in Administration or Business Management. * US Citizen with Secret Security Clearance Desired Qualifications * Five (5) years of experience with Property management. * Ten (10) years of experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management. * Five (5) years'' experience in planning, implementation, and execution of Navy ERP desired. * Ten (10) years supervisory and program management experience.
