Gridiron IT is seeking a Principal Storage and Data Engineer local to Washington, DC. Experience * Experience with most of the following: Storage Area Networks, NetApp Storage technologies, ONTAP, Snapshots, OnCommand System manager, Cohesity Full life cycle storage area network (SAN) administration, architecture, and support including storage utilizations/capacity planning and adjusting storage requirements.* Strong communication skills, strong documentation skills, and the proven ability to work in a consultative role to include requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and training.* Able to work in a team environment Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel Ability to lead and work as part of a teamEducation/Experience * BS Degree* 7 years'' experience in System Administration and/or Network Engineering NetApp:* 5 years VMWare:* 5 years Storage Area Network:* 5 years CohesityUS Citizen Must obtain a Public Trust Clearance Temporarily Remote due to COVID-19
