We continue to recognize that we are only as strong as each individual employee and we value our employees by providing a strong benefit package:(3) Weeks of Paid Time OffBirthday Paid Day Off12 paid holidaysMedical/Dental/ Vision401K + matchEducation reimbursementAs a Leasing Consultant you are the primary point of contact for all prospective residents, and will play a critical role in ensuring all prospective and existing residents feel welcome.This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus, and you must be active in the role, and it will be paid out after 90 days of employment with the company.Overview:Greets and tours prospective residents, explain qualifications and qualify all prospective residents, and prepare and maintain all leasing files.Understands the community, specials and floor plans and maintains waiting lists of prospective residents; responsible for knowing the status of vacant units; inspection of all pre-leased apartments and securing lease renewals.Qualifications:High School or GED (General Education Diploma)Previous leasing experience a plusExcellent organizational skills and customer service mindsetStrong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office SuiteYardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plusA valid driver''s license may be requiredA positive, motivating and team-oriented attitudeA desire to exceed in a very competitive environmentWork Schedule: Will normally work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends; (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property).Equal Opportunity Employer.
