We are searching for a talented, experienced Software Developer to lead our development team, provide senior development oversight, and mentorship and guidance of junior developers. This position will necessitate representation and interaction at customer meetings and will require the candidate to understand and represent Radiance''s software development capabilities and how to leverage them to develop novel solutions for our customers. Communication and critical thinking skills are a must to be successful in this position. This position also includes supervisory responsibilities for a small number of employees and some program management. Required Skills * Bachelor''s degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering * US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Required Experience * 8+ years of experience with C++, C, or Python (or other object-oriented programming language) A Master''s in a relevant technical field will substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis Desired Qualifications * Experience leading software development teams * Qt development experience * WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development experience * Established expertise in developer tools or software development lifecycle (SDLC) systems * Experience with SQL and Linux * TS/SCI level security clearance with counterintelligence polygraph Job Location Huntsville, Alabama, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular US Citizenship Required Yes Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Yes Polygraph Required Not Required
