Responsible for system requirements solicitation, integration and management. The SME shall work closely with the Sponsor to document, coordinate, and communicate systems requirements, shall summarize and communicate program requirements to mission partners and the Sponsor, document EM requirements as large scale, mission-centric enterprise-wide systems, shall recompose legacy-system requirements as enterprise-compliant methods and practices. Project Integrator Skills: • Demonstrated experience in gathering data and requirements pertaining to customer needs.• Demonstrated experience leveraging customer needs to identify, interpret, and evaluate system requirements.• Demonstrated experience coordinating technical discussions to analyze requirements.• Demonstrated experience tracking and communicating statuses, schedules, and action items.• Demonstrated experience creating technical communications for technical and non-technical audiences.Other demonstrated experiences which are highly desired, though not required, include:• Demonstrated experience developing using the Agile methodology.• Demonstrated experience deploying products to the Sponsor''s environment.• Demonstrated experience driving database related projects.• Demonstrated experience working within the Sponsor''s or Sponsor partners'' processes.• Demonstrated experience creating and using relational and dimensional Data Models.• Demonstrated experience building and operating databases in virtualized environments.• Demonstrated experience synchronizing geographically dispersed databases.• Demonstrated experience using commercial identity and access management systems• Demonstrated experience with access requests, provisioning, roles, access policies, user attributes• Demonstrated experience integrating of products into customer environments.
