Requirements:Need SAP Client with IM (Inventory Management) background Will become a support team for the logistics groupThis will grow to an 8-member team/ managed service Skills:Should have thorough understanding of S/4 HANA - IM moduleShould have an exposure to embedded EWM moduleShould be excellent in communication (note that the resources will be working with business only and hence needs to communicate very well). This is the key to success.Should have a good understanding of logistics business processes like material movement, RF guns, mobile apps for RF, material reconciliation, replenishment process etc.The resources will be required to train the Logistics operators in the plantIdentify the issues - master data, system issues, user issuesShould escalate to IT for quick resolution/ follow ups. This means the resources need not be configurators but should be able to understand the logic that has been configured in the system.Role is 100% at CG, no travel will be provided by customerInitial deployment will be for 3 months and is extendable for a long term based on their performance.Ability to support over weekends, if needed - provided by Dice
