Applied Research Solutions is seeking a candidate for full-time Program Manager position. The position supports the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Responsibilities Include: * The Contractor shall collaborate with Leads, and the CROWS team for periodic working groups, meetings, and presentations.* The Contractor shall assist with DoD and AF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities, as required.* The Contractor shall assist with technical work related to program management of the OL to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.* The Contractor shall assist in analyzing, planning, and organizing program/project activities and perform in a professional work environment related to CRSG program activities.* The Contractor shall assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations to include, but are not limited to, PMRs, studies, status briefings, and other reviews.* The Contractor shall assist with reviewing and establishing policies and guidance.* The Contractor shall monitor team performance and provide team direction and prioritization as agreed with Government PM expectations.* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and especially PowerPoint) and other standard (customer-specified) applications.* The Contractor shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements: * Must be a US citizen* The Contractor shall possess a current, within the last five (5) years, Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligible access. Regardless of clearance level, the Contractor shall maintain the clearance throughout the contract period of performance to provide support for multiple tasks and meetings at various classification levels.* 3 to 10 years of experience required* Bachelors or Masters Degree required* Experience in USAF Weapon Systems acquisitions* Senior executive briefing experience (desired)* APDP Certification in Program Management (desired)* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and especially PowerPoint) and other standard (customer-specified) applications.* The Contractor shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills.All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
