Interrogations & Detention Operations Action Officer ...

IEA Corp., an EverWatch company is in search of an Interrogations and Detention Operations Action Officer to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)) in the Pentagon. The Interrogations and Detention Operations Action Officer will: * Act as the Subject Matter Expert in briefing OUSD(I&S) and OUSD(P) seniors regarding DoD intelligence interrogations, detainee debriefings, and tactical questioning * Draft, revise, and update, when required, OSD policy related to Interrogations * Prepare input and/or responses for Congressionally mandated reporting regarding interrogations and detainee operations * Prepare for OUSD(I&S) review and consideration all transfer and/or repatriation packages and manage the DoD internal coordination * Serve as the OUSD(I&S) liaison to the detainee operations/temporary screening facility community, keeping leadership informed of related issues * Assist OUSD(I&S) HUMINT and Sensitive Activities staff in policy development and execution of oversight management missions, where required JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor''s degree or 12+ years professional experience in the HUMINT/interrogations field * Minimum of 7 years of experience within this functional area and experience on a major staff or Intelligence Agency, e.g., OSD, Joint Staff, Service Staff, Defense Agency, or Combatant Command Staff. * Active TS/SCI security clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Prior elicitation/interrogation training or certification(s) * Practical application; has experience conducting interrogations and report-writing * Oversight/management experience; experience supervising interrogators and oversight of detainee operations Travel: 0% Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) is an equal opportunity employer.
