Overview$2000 sign-on bonus for new Seneca employees in this position!Seneca Family of Agencies has been a leading Wraparound provider in California for over 20 years, and our success in enhancing youth safety, permanency, and well-being has garnered the attention of healthcare networks such as Kaiser Permanente. We are excited to introduce a partnership between Kaiser and Seneca, where children and families can now access Senecas wraparound services through Kaisers network. This program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The Kaiser Wraparound program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). As the Kaiser Wraparound Lead Therapist/Social Worker you will carry a reduced caseload as well as provides direct supervision to support counselors on the wraparound team and provides oversight of their caseloads at our Petaluma site. You will meet with clients and caregivers on a weekly basis to further treatment goals, provide psychoeduation, coordinate care between providers, provide individual or family therapy, and identify engagement needs for each youth and family while cultivating engagement with members of the community, Kaiser partners, and other partners. Our Lead Therapist/Social Worker works with the Program Supervisor and the rest of the Leadership Team to ensure culturally responsive service provision to all clients and families as well as culturally responsive supervision and support to all members of the team.Seneca supports clinicians towards licensure and beyond. We provide individual and group supervision, regular clinical case conferences, and licensure and renewal courses led by field experts. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.Responsibilities Develop Child and Family teams made up of natural supports for the purpose of treatment planning and sustainable support. Cultivate and maintain engagement and alignment with community members, Kaiser partners and other providers. Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate. Chart mental health notes, assessments, treatment plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in 24 hours on call support line system. Participate in individual and/or group supervision. Review and approve documentation of supervisees ensuring high quality documentation, timeliness. In collaboration with the program supervisor develop and maintain healthy team climate and culture aligned with Seneca mission and values. Participate in weekly supervision with the Program Supervisor, weekly team meeting, monthly managers meetings, monthly all staff, and additional regional/agency meetings as necessary. Perform all other duties as necessary for the good of the agency as directed by supervisor.Qualifications Masters degree in Social Services/Social Work/Psychology/Counseling (required). BBS registration ASW, AMFT, APCC (required) or licensure as LMSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid California driver''s license and insurability with Seneca''s automobile policy. Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other mandatory State/Federal licensing or certification requirements. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster required. One or more years experience providing community-based mental health services preferred. Strong written and verbal skills. Strong organizational skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday; 9AM - 5PM or 10AM - 6PM Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings and weekends Willing to respond to crisis situations and be part of a rotating emergency On Call system. Benefits Starting at $70,350 - $84,350 annually. Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification. Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual proficiency exam. Relocation assistance may be available. Mileage reimbursement. Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure. Annual performance evaluations provide the potential for a generous salary increase each year. 5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays.
