We currently have open opportunities for 1st Shift Maintenance Technicians in our Azle, TX facility. The Industrial Maintenance Technician serves as part of the Maintenance team that supports production and works on special projects. Machinery Maintenance Workers Job Tasks : The Machinery Maintenance Worker reassembles machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. The Machinery Maintenance Worker starts machines and observes mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems The Machinery Maintenance Worker inspects or tests damaged machine parts, and marks defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs The Machinery Maintenance Worker lubricates or applies adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures The Machinery Maintenance Worker installs, replaces, or changes machines parts and attachments, according to production specifications The Machinery Maintenance Worker dismantles machines and removes parts for repair, using a variety of different tools The Machinery Maintenance Worker records repair and machine maintenance information The Machinery Maintenance Worker reads work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance The Machinery Maintenance Worker sets up and operates machines and adjusts controls to regulate operators The Machinery Maintenance Workers collaborates with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment The Machinery Maintenance Worker starts machines and observes mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems The Machinery Maintenance Worker inspects or tests damaged machine parts, and marks defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs The Machinery Maintenance Worker lubricates or applies adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures. Our benefits package includes: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Flexible Spending Account Health Savings Account 401(k) plan with company contributions What We Need from You (Our Requirements) Requires High School diploma or equivalent Must have at least (3) years experience working with 3 phases high voltage systems Must have at least (3) years experience working with mechanic presses and hydraulic equipment OSHA 10 hour safety certification a plus Must be able to work in a team environment Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred Able to read and understand blueprints Experience with metal processing equipment, in particular presses equipment preferred Experience with mechanical and hydraulic Experience with E-Maintenance preferred Able to utilize a caliper, micrometer and tape measure preferred Able to accomplish tasks as needed Frequently bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. to perform essential duties Text ''ROCKWELL'' to 25000 to Apply!!
