AmericasInternsIn your new role you will:* Learn the simulation environment used for physics-based modeling of semiconductor power MOSFETs.* Implement process flows in the simulation tool and perform device simulations and benchmark against measurement data.* Proficient in writing technical reports* Excited about presenting and summarizing results and conclusions.* Learn and implement statistical principles of design of experiments (DOE) and regression modeling.You are best equipped for this task if you have:* Enrolled in a Masters or Ph.D. program* E.E. with understandings of basic semiconductor physics and power electronics* Enjoy working on highly-skilledteam* Good communication skills in both verbal and written English* The ability to work 40 hours per week, for a time period of 3 monthsAmericasInterns
