In this role you will:• Serve as a technical expert in parts, materials, and processes (PMP) engineering• Assign personnel to technical engineering assignments • Lead the resolution of critical issues• Perform functional management tasks including coaching, group & individual development, and performance management for your team• Coordinate with internal and external customers about a variety of technical assignments We''re looking for:• A self-starter who develops solutions to technical issues• A motivated individual who''s able to work closely within a technically diverse team to resolve technical issues• Someone with the ability to handle shifting priorities, multiple projects and timeline pressure to meet deadlines• Someone comfortable with communicating in a variety of forums• Technical leadership of diverse teams or projects• Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience for this role.• Willing and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
