Position Purpose:Sr Delivery Specialist - Orchestration will support digital advertising product delivery for Retail Media+ at The Home Depot. This position will identify and implement process and operational efficiencies for cross-functional teams that support the RM+ business. Responsible for supervising the planning process and delivery of assigned initiatives. This position will work closely with Sr Delivery Manager to maintain the roadmaps and cross-functional communications that ensure successful product delivery in a healthy and inclusive work environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, highly visible team that''s reshaping digital advertising in the world''s largest home improvement retailer.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors'' (or higher) degree in field related to business, operations or marketing5+ years of experience in business strategy and operations and/or strategy consulting2+ years hands on experience of building and capability to manage high performing teamsExperience using Jira to manage business and technical workflows against a product roadmapExperience using Miro or other digital whiteboarding tools; understanding of process diagrams and business workflow visualizationAd ops and/ or digital agency experience are nice to haveBusiness acumen, strategic problem-solving and analytical skillsComfortable with ambiguity; an ability to manage and adjust to multiple priorities on the flyExperience working directly with management as well as people at all levels, including the executive levelExcellent communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leadersExperience managing multiple initiatives with competing timelines and shifting priorities Responsiblities:20% - Be a thought partner and focus leaders on the right strategic opportunities.40% - Build the operations and strategic connective tissue across the organizations, participate in decision-making holistically as a business unit. Support annual and quarterly planning processes. Support a regular operating cadence with cross-functional teams to track, communicate, and drive towards set program goals and OKRs. Identify key roadblocks to progress, and work efficiently to remove them.30% - Support processes to ensure that we operate effectively and efficiently, including managing progress on priority workstreams and deliverables.10% - Contribute to managing a large-scale cross-functional program by developing detailed project plans with activity-based milestones.Nature and Scope: This position typically reports to Director, Strategic Projects This position has 0 direct reports Environmental Job Requirements: Environment: 1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor''s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
