The Sr. Principal Systems Engineer will drive and perform technical planning, support system integration, and conduct Model Based Systems Engineering Program (MBSE) assessments, while architecting MBSE program schemas. The Systems Engineer will ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constrains, leveraging system models. The Sr. Principal System Engineer supports functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:* Bachelors degree required with 5 years of experience or Masters degree with 3 years of experience* Must be a US citizen* Systems Engineering Experience* Model Based Systems Engineering Experience* Experience with UML or SyMLPreferred Qualifications:* Bachelors or higher degree in engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred* Experience in defense and/or aerospace strongly preferred* Experience with Teamcenter Systems Engineering and/or DOORS* Experience with Cameo System Modeler* Engagement in 1-2 professional engineering organizationsSalary Range: $96,900.00 - $145,300.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
