Job Description: The Parsons Missile Defense and C5ISR market currently has an opening for a Weapon Systems, Sensor, and Command & Control Elements Integration Expert to work in our Ramstein AFB, Germany office. This exciting opportunity will leverage your experience in weapons systems integration and skill supporting current operations and work with government personnel to continue development of and architecture for an effective and sustainable future Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) system. The Integration Expert assists the government in establishing the design, components, integration, and networking communication between the major functional systems, ''nodes'', to include creating the linkages between these nodes, in and peripheral to the Systems Integration Laboratory. These include the data fusion systems, operator consoles, and remote sensors. It is anticipated that the specific layout of these systems will continue to evolve over the course of the contract. **Job requires relocation to Ramstein AB, Germany** Required Experience: * Bachelor''s/Master''s Degree or Higher in a STEM Field with 15+ years of experience - Relevant Experience or Higher degree may impact/adjust required years of experience* Job requires relocation to Ramstein AB, Germany* Provides operationally relevant technical guidance and high-level strategy related to requirements, design, engineering, and integration of weapon systems, sensors, and command and control elements* Experience in aerial defense weapons systems to include target acquisition systems, radar, Air Defense (AD) missiles systems; and/or their related Command and Control systems* Experience operating complex data fusion systems, RF hardware, and relevant base defense weapon systems* Experience in aerial defense weapon systems and/or network engineering in a large distributed environment with emphasis on military (US/NATO)* Works directly with engineering staff to ensure progress according to technical objectives* Employee will apply past experience, knowledge, and skills to provide recommendations regarding systems development, integration, testing, sustainment and enhancement* In-depth engineering knowledge on developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and relevant data products to properly document a DoD Weapon System* Responsible for documentation of the system hardware/software function for the program.* Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI) required* Job requires relocation to Ramstein AB, Germany Preferred/Desired Skills: * Experience with a wide spectrum of Air Defense Sensors and Engagement Systems, to include Air Force C2 systems and Army Mission Command systems* Experience developing a variety of engineering products and artifacts (test plans, requirement specifications, design documents, trade study reports, interface control documents, and technical briefings)* Qualifications in modern information systems, including computer hardware, data storage, network and distributed systems* Management experience to include the organization of project and task workloads* Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and brief senior Government civilian and military leadership* Experience in working with European DoD entities is strongly desired Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. This position pays a minimum annual salary of $110,600.00 and a maximum annual salary of $199,100.00.
