Full Stack Engineer

The Full-Stack Developer is a core player in the production and delivery of modern applications for our business. The candidate will be working with a team that has responsibility to design and deliver applications that empower the business and provide reporting capabilities that enable leaders to make the best decision. You will primarily work with REST APIs, React TypeScript and .NET development technologies all running on Microsoft Azure technologies. A successful candidate will be able to build client applications across web and/or mobile platforms using modern client languages with DevOps, CI and CD experience. In addition, the candidate should be able to assist in modifications to back-end API systems.Responsibilities includeCollaborating with other product team members to create secure, reliable and scalable software solutionsEfficiently producing well-organized, optimized and well-documented source codeDesigning and developing code into independent reusable componentsDecomposing requirements (typically user stories) into meaningful tasks with estimationsTriaging high priority bugsProviding application support to software running productionContributing to foundational code elements that can be reused many times in various productsIdentifying enhancements, either client-facing or technical, that creates a better experience for the end userWriting unit tests and custom code to automate test casesProactively viewing articles, tutorials and videos to learn about new technologies and best practices being used within other technology organizations that can be applied where appropriateUsing no-code or low-code platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, PowerApps, etc.) to build low-requirement line-of-business appsInstrumenting client applications to improve software debugging and measure application performance that ultimately drive quality decisionsRequired QualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience as a full stack developer utilizing Microsoft technologiesExperience with developing mobile or web applications using ReactExperience with ReactJS testing frameworksExperience with .NET Core, C, and SQL ServerExperience with version control (Git/TFS preferred)Experience with REST API developmentExperience with cloud environments (preferably Azure)Understanding of agile methodologyPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and build & release automation tools (Jenkins, Visual Studio Online (TFS, DevOps))Familiarity with commonly used architecture patternsExperience with project management tools (Jira, VSO, GitHub Issues, etc.)Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
