Description: Job Title: Sr. Associate, Configuration and Data Management Job Code: IMS20221006-83874 Job Location: Waco, TX Job Description: This role is combined Configuration Management / Data Management, with an emphasis on configuration management. The successful candidate will be a configuration management manager and cross-train to become proficient in contract/subcontract data. Essential functions include: CM/DM Input and manage configuration and documentation status using electronic systems. Engage with program, functional, and technical leaders to ensure that the CM/DM process is effectively in place on the program and all required deliverables meet customer and/or standard compliance requirements. Analyze business processes and recommend ideas for increased efficiency through continuous improvement. Participate in audits to verify compliance with contract requirements. CM Establish and produce configuration management data and processes. Establish and maintain required configuration records. Analyze proposed product design changes to determine the effect on the overall system. Establish baselines within the context of the IPT. Initiate the release of drawings and changes specified by Program or Engineering Management. Follow guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements for the creation of documentation. Act as liaison between management and other functional groups to resolve issues regarding configuration analysis documentation. Participate in the change management/control board for product changes. DM Manage a program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) / Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) Prepare and transmit data items and letters of transmittal in accordance with contract requirements. Establish and produce data management processes. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, OR Graduate Degree and a minimum 0 years prior relevant experience, OR Associates Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written, oral, and team communication skills. Experience working successfully both independently and in a team environment. Experience utilizing databases to manage technical and engineering data. Preferred Skills (beyond required): Prior experience with Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management tool and Microsoft SharePoint. Prior experience with MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649-1, and GEIA-HB-859. National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) CM/DM certification. Experience working with subcontractors and US Government customers. Prior experience with Military Certification per MIL-HDBK-516C. Prior experience with FAA Certification/STC process. Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level which requires U.S. citizenship.
