Job Description:Xenith Solutions is seeking a Management Analyst to support a federal program management office in the DC area. Join our team of collaborative self-starters focused on delivering practical and efficient solutions to help our client keep U.S. borders safe and facilitate travel and trade. As part of our high-performing team, you will augment our vital work to provide ''eyes and ears'' technology to protect our nation. You will support one of our client''s portfolio managers. Each portfolio comprises projects that acquire and maintain technology, including communications, sensor, and surveillance systems and the infrastructure that supports them. You will compile management information from the component projects including scope, cost, schedule, performance, and quality to provide visibility into deployment progress. Will learn the entire acquisition and system engineering lifecycle for a large program that is high visibility and complex with exposure to DHS HQ. Will learn surveillance and communications technologies Data Collection and Reporting - name the report, need someone who can learn our programs, collect the data and report it with minimal correction Digital Transformation - Digital Acquisition - CDRL review process modeling and automation Pre-CTSE award - support all aspects of SOO, PWS, CDRL and DID revisions, budget and finance - learn it, understand it, participate, then eventually lead whatever the assignment Pre-CTSE award - support the transition from the current IST structure to post CTSE award organization structure to include developing All Hands presentations and other communications and staffing plans Post CTSE award - supporting the 3 post award teams through Pre-Deployment, Deployment and O/S to include review, analysis and approval of 25 deliverables Coordinate project status reviews Manage and report on cost, schedule, quality, and performance goals Manage the action item database to resolution, and monitor risk management activities Work with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups to develop and maintain program and project plans and charters Support data calls to the component projects for information needed Respond to data calls with portfolio information Support development, execution, and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), and Inter-Agency Agreements (IAAs) Develop responses to internal and external inquiries Required Qualifications:- Active CBP Background Investigation (BI) or Limited BI is required- Previous work with CBP and/or US Border Patrol is a plus- 5 to 10 years of experience and a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in business, management, finance, or information management- Self-Starter who can take initiative, ask questions, work independently, yet collaborate when required- Interested in the USBP border security mission, operations and how USBP is organized- Interested in how PMOD is organized and how each portfolio''s technologies work together for the USBP- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders- Ability to effectively solve problems- Strong communication skills, both oral and written- A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment- Prior experience in project management support preferred Xenith Solutions LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 2019.
