Greets all guests upon arrival. -The ability to communicate all other necessary information with colleagues (i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, special requests or restrictions, etc.) -The ability to handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner -The interest of each guest is of paramount importance. -Use the guest name appropriately and communicate to all Spa colleagues. -Aim to give the guests the best possible service and make each guest feel important -The ability to assist guests with retail merchandise. -The ability to be knowledgeable on all products and treatments. -The ability to operate a computer and copier/scanner. -The ability to handle daily accounting, cash bank procedures and process outgoing mail and packages. -The ability to handle opening and closing procedures. -The ability to set up and handle gift cards. -The ability to read and update the daily log book and communicate relevant information to the staff. -The ability to follow proper payroll and key card procedures. -The ability to process all charges accordingly. -The ability to requisition supplies or place orders accordingly. -The ability to know your hotel/spa to be able to confidently speak about and sell the spa and other outlets in the hotel. -The ability to utilize the phone according the Post Oak standards. -The ability to maintain the cleanliness in all areas of the spa. -The ability to maintain cleanliness in restroom areas. -The ability to attend all training sessions required by the hotel and spa. -The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. -The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management. -The ability to understand and be fully versed on hotel standards, procedures and guest confidentiality. -The ability to work flexible days/hours as needed based on business demands of the spa/hotel. -The ability to perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by Spa Management. -The ability to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
