Job Description

The Product Manager, Fluzone Quadrivalent and Portfolio Marketing will work with the Flu Marketing team to develop key strategies and tactics driving the Fluzone Quadrivalent brand and portfolio strategy. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to develop and implement healthcare professional promotion as well as partner in the development of the sales force execution initiatives. The Product Manager will be an integral member of the Influenza marketing organization with significant collaboration across the cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Include: Contribute to the development of strategic integrated marketing plans aligned to business goals Support market research to lead HCP customer insight generation Drive collaboration within the Influenza Franchise to determine optimal marketing pathways - portfolio messaging & tactics Manage field engagement initiatives, messaging, training, and personal promotion Work within team to help manage the annual budget tracking and reporting This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions as the candidate may perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Expertise and Contribution: The ideal candidate will have in-line brand strategy and tactical execution experience demonstrating a track record of success Strong project management skills; demonstrated experience managing multiple cross functional projects and external vendors required Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment Excellent oral and written communication with a strong attention to detail Team player who is flexible, can work independently, and in collaboration with several teams Experience working with RC (MLR) Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insight are fundamental Qualifications: B.A. or a B.S. degree is required, MBA or an advanced degree is preferred A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience is required Marketing and/or Sales experience is preferred Vaccine or Specialty product experience preferred As a healthcare company and a vaccine manufacturer, Sanofi has an important responsibility to protect individual and public health.
