From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you''ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you''ll identify and anticipate your client''s needs as you create their way forward. You''ll prepare and c ond uct b us iness analyses and study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align b us iness systems, solutions, and initiatives. You''ll prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations and b us iness c ond itions. You''ll develop and analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policies and procedures, and b us iness systems.
