This platform reflects State Street''s years of experience servicing complex instruments for our global client base and our investments in building advanced data management technologies.The Implementation Business Analyst - Alpha Data Services is a versatile individual with strong business systems and data analysis skills for development and support of GX Data Solutions services and product offerings. The successful candidate must be skilled in complex business data analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering and documentation; have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams and display strong collaboration skills. This role is part of client implementation team.Responsibilities: This client facing role will primarily be responsible for executing client onboardingUnderstand clients business requirements through an agile process.Solution the business problem by working closely with Alpha Data Services Component Factory teamManage project timelines & cost of the overall onboardingManage different phases of onboarding process .i.e. Requirement gathering, solutioning, User acceptance testing and production turnover System testing of all development work to ensure a high quality delivery that meets all requirements.Work as a member of a global team - provide status, communicate issues, share ideas, and follow process for analysis, development and support protocols.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree or above.CFA designation is a differentiator7+ years of financial services experience is required.Clear understanding of investment data and aspects of investment processPrevious experience implementing software or data service is a big plusExperience in or desire to learn technical skills, e.g. , SQL, database design, multi-tenancy architecture, etc. is requiredSQL experience is a big plusAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of management.Ability to multitask and work under high pressure deadlines.Ability to reprioritize quickly.Key Attributes Team player with professional and positive approachFlexible and can adapt easily to changing/evolving role requirementsCreative, innovative and able to think outside of the boxStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated & self-sufficientEffective communicator at all levels of the organizationKey words: Market Data, Security Master, Reference Data, Performance Measurement, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, Middle-office, Front-Office, Back-OfficeCOVID-19 Protocols: Complying with State Street''s COVID-19 protocols is a condition of employment.
