Delivers professional nursing care in the clinic setting to patients with acute and chronic wounds. Directly assists physician with examinations, procedures, prescription refills, and other necessities related to patient''s plan of care in the outpatient setting. Performs wound care assessments, documentation and dressing changes for patients in our wound care center, as well as assisting patients and staff members within the inpatient setting. Assists with patient and staff member education on wound care and pressure injury prevention, as appropriate. Full time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week. No weekends or holidays.
