BILLABLE LABOR CATEGORY: Training Manager CAREER LADDER TITLE: Business Analyst LOCATION: NCR/Pentagon JOB DESCRIPTION: The Training Manager will support OSBP initiatives to develop the small business career field or equivalent career track for small business professionals and support the implementation of training programs for small business professionals, including web-based courses. The Training Manager will coordinate with Defense Acquisition University on ensuring promotion and participation in small business-related courses, work with the Human Capital Initiatives Office on small business workforce related initiatives and drafting policies or correspondence relating to the small business workforce as required by the government. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor''s Degree EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 10 Years, OSBP Experience Desired TASK ONE. Liaise with DAU and other coursework providers to ensure aligned goals. TASK TWO. Develop coursework materials for specific classes in coordination with DAU offices. Materials may include handouts, slides, and/or short video content. TASK THREE. Facilitate and participate in web-based training initiatives. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 is currently suspended under an injunction pending further litigation.
