Description WWC Global is seeking an experienced Intelligence and ISR Infrastructure SME to support the Department of Defense OUSD I&S Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Enterprise Capabilities (ISREC) Directorate in Arlington, VA. This position will assist in assessing intelligence and ISR infrastructure issues and the management of programs for an intelligence network that provides tactical response to rapidly emerging NATO, Allied, and Coalition Partner operations around the globe, as well as specific Battlespace Awareness (BA) areas to support detailed assessments of the electiveness of the Department''s program management decisions for infrastructure, ground and processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) programs contained within the BA portfolio. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide research and analysis, recommendations, development of position papers, responses, talking points, memoranda, briefings, and correspondence as required on critical ISR capabilities. * Develop, design, and prepare customized processes, tools, and reports to support the information and decision-making requirements of OUSD(I&S) in the oversight of the BA Portfolio. * Assist in maintaining the cost, schedule, and performance baselines, assist in maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure, Integrated Master Schedule, and other documents as required. * Provide the MSR Director with recommendations and source data on current and projected program strategies. * Maintain the financial baseline and provide current financial status of all accounts upon demand, support Presidential Budget inputs, impact statements, and required exhibits; and spend plans and other documentation for the upcoming fiscal year, prepare inputs for the Budget Estimate Submission (BES), CJB, and other required documentation for the next upcoming Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle, and provide the ISREC Director with recommendations and source data on current and projected budget issues and strategies. * Coordinate with OSD, Joint Staff, Services, Defense Agencies, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and coalition partners and travel as required supporting the ISREC Director''s engagements including: the BA Portfolio, the DI2E Council, the DI2E Integration Board, the BICES Group Executive (BGX), Board of Directors (BOD), Financial Committee (FINCO), and other international bodies and forums. * Support the ISRI Director''s interaction with Congressional inquiries and staff visits. * Recommend and maintain standard business processes within the DI2E, DCGS, BICES, and other Program Management Offices (PMOs) as required. * Support follow-on acquisitions, to include assisting with source selections and providing the ISREC Director with recommendations and source data on projected acquisition strategies. Work Environment: * Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment). * Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
