Senior Program Manager Primary Location: Riverdale, MD Clearance: TS/SCI Ability to work remotely: Classified and Unclassified work may be performed at Certified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) Contract Status: Contingent Upon Award Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide day-to-day oversight of workforce synchronization, working with government leadership to establish priorities, planning and cohesive communication. The mission is to lead stakeholders to conduct proactive activities that identify, measure, assess, monitor, and mitigate supply chain risk at all stages of the acquisition lifecycle and to integrate multi-disciplinary training, policies, and practices for global supply chain. Specific Responsibilities * Provides recommendations to leadership relating to operational enhancements and technical efficiencies * Ensures manning expertise and training are commensurate with leadership expectations * Serves as focal point for contract staffing Qualifications * Bachelor''s degree required * Master''s degree highly desirable * Ten (10) years'' experience in management consulting, program management, intelligence research, intelligence analysis, business research, business analysis, finance analysis cybersecurity, counterintelligence, security, information technology or a cybersecurity discipline. Physical Requirements and Work Environment * Normal office environment * Ability to lift up-to 20 lbs. * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0700 - 1700 HRS * Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Travel * Travel may be required as part of mission requirements * Will provide support to meetings, forums, conferences, and site visits, CONUS or OCONUS Company Description Obsidian Solutions Group LLC (OSG) is a fast-growing professional services firm based in Fredericksburg, VA.
