Responsible for the following two roles under the Orion Production and Operations Contract (OPOC) Production Control organization:• Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Coordinator: o Work with Lockheed Martin (LM) hardware owners and ATLO Planners to establish LM need dates for NASA provided GFE deliveries. o Work with LM Contracts to revise the OPOC J-11 Government Furnished Property contract document as necessary. o Maintain the OPOC GFE Supplemental Spreadsheet which tracks all NASA provided OPOC GFE items including their need dates, quantities, ATLO Integrated Master Schedule task drivers and final delivery date. o Provide the OPOC GFE Hardware status in support of the monthly Program Management Review (PMR). o Review the status of NASA GFE deliveries to determine if they were made on time or if a projected delivery has changed and will result in a schedule disconnect. o Support the NASA Government Equipment and Materials Control Board (GEMCB) to obtain approvals for GFE delivery dates and to resolve disconnects between projected delivery and need dates. • Launch Abort System (LAS) & Stack Material Control Account Manager (CAM): o Responsible for the technical, schedule and cost performance of the Orion LAS & Stack Material Control Accounts. o These Control Accounts contain the material and associated labor budget to produce the LAS & Stack under OPOC. o Perform all required actions for Control Account maintenance, cost planning and control, and earned value reporting. o Lead a Triad team involving finance and planning.
